A few years back, Mike took his Sparrow #100 car with it’s new AC drivetrain back East to climb Mount Washington, the tallest peak in New England. The event was a re-boot of the Electric Vehicle Regatta which used to be an annual event at the challenging mountain road.

The new Sparrow setup performed quite nicely and attained the summit without any drama while it managed to put a few watts back into the pack on the way down courtesy of the regenerative braking.
